The four great tasting flavours include Strawberry, Raspberry, Banana and Peach and come in a handy 4 pack, ideal for school lunchboxes or as a healthy snack.
With Dale Farm Spelga’s great taste, your little kiddies will love them!
We all know the importance of enjoying a balanced diet to help ensure the health and well-being of all the family. Dairy foods are key to a balanced diet and experts recommend ‘3 A Day’ – eating a portion of cheese, yogurt and milk every day.*
Now, to help make sure your kids enjoy their dairy ‘3 A Day’, we’ve developed a fantastic new yogurt – Dale Farm Spelga Super Doopers – just for kids!
We’ve also produced this fantastic Super Doopers Reward Chart to help your kids show just how superdooper they are too! Pin it on the fridge and work with your children to make everyday tasks and activities superdooper fun!

For most parents, getting our kids to behave well is a priority. But often, our efforts don’t work and can even have the opposite effect, leading to tantrums and more family disruption.
So why not try something different… catch your kids being good!
Instead of focusing on and reacting to behaviour you don’t want, decide on the behaviour you do want and attach simple rewards to it. Then, try to catch your kids behaving as you would like and reward them for it. Most kids aim to please and the best reward is usually parental attention – a comment, a smile, an approving look, a hug, a treat or a favourite activity.
This Super Doopers Reward Chart is a really fun tool for parents and kids to shift the focus onto good behaviour, reducing unwanted behaviour by focusing on the positives. Try it out and see how often you catch your kids being good!
