Dromona provides consumers with a range of traditional tasting cheeses in Mild, Medium, Mature and Half Fat varieties, available in a range of pack formats to meet consumer requirements. An addition to the traditional block format is that of the Vintage Wedge and also the Grated cheeses in resealable pouches which are available in Mild and Mature varieties.
In addition, all Dromona cheese packs now feature a numbering system for cheese lovers to pick their preferred strength. For example, our Dromona Mild Cheddar has a Flavour Strength of ‘1’.
