Conditions of use for Dale Farm’s
Home Delivery Service
Your “Milkman” is the person or company who usually delivers your milk. He is more likely to be a self-employed franchisee but may be an employee of Dale Farm Limited.
The name “Dale Farm” used on this website is a reference to Dale Farm Limited whose registered office is Dale Farm House, 15 Dargan Road, Belfast, BT3 9LS, registered in Northern Ireland number 25356. References to “we” or “us” or “our” are to Dale Farm Limited.
Participation
In order to participate in the Dale Farm Home Delivery Service (“this Service”) you must:
1) be aged 18 years or over; and
2) have registered as a Dale Farm Home Delivery customer.
Dale Farm may alter or withdraw this Service and amend these conditions of use at any time. You will be notified by post if these conditions of use have been amended.
Dale Farm may refuse this Service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Prices
Any prices quoted on this website are recommended retail prices and are correct at time of publication. All product prices are subject to local variation. Your milkman will be able to advise on prices charged locally.
Your Order
Items advertised on this website are only advertised as an invitation to treat not as an offer capable of acceptance by you submitting an order.Your Milkman may accept your order at his sole discretion.
Large orders will be fulfilled at the discretion of your Milkman. For example you may receive a limited amount of a product because fulfilling your order would prevent your Milkman or other Milkmen from fulfilling the orders of other customers.

Delivery
Your Milkman will deliver your order free of charge with your next milk delivery. The majority of Milkmen can offer a home delivery service before 8.00am. However, in a few areas delivery before 8.00am may not be possible due to distances covered. You will be advised further by phone, email or your Milkman once your order has been received and processed by Dale Farm.
Milkmen generally deliver five or six days a week but this is subject to local variations. You will be advised further by phone, email or your Milkman once your order has been received and processed by Dale Farm.
Delivery of your order will only be made at the address to which you have
registered for this Service.
Delivery is subject to availability of the products you order.
If there is a fault or damage to any products delivered you must tell your Milkman as soon as reasonably possible or you can contact us. We would also like to hear from you if you are unhappy with your products for any reason at all.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Payment
Please pay your Milkman directly – your Milkman will be able to advise further on his door to door collection schedule and payment methods.
Areas Covered by this Service
Dale Farm provides this Service exclusively to customer of this Service in Northern Ireland and Donegal. This Service is not available in any other area. For details of the areas served please visit our Local Depos section.
Governing Law
The courts of Northern Ireland shall have jurisdiction over any dispute which arises in connection with the use of this Service and any such dispute shall be governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
Liability of Your Milkman and of Dale Farm
This Home Delivery Service must not be used for commercial activities. Liability is not excluded to you or any other person for death or personal injury caused by negligence. However, liability is limited or excluded in other ways.
Dale Farm shall not be liable for any theft or loss of or destruction to your products once the products are delivered to your address. If you are concerned about such risks, you may wish to make special arrangements for delivery with your Milkman.
Privacy Policy
Dale Farm Limited (and our group of companies), will use your information together with other information for administration, marketing and other services. We may disclose your information to our service providers and agents for these purposes. We may share your information with organisations who are our business partners. We or they may contact you by mail, telephone or email to let you know about any goods, services or promotions which may be of interest to you.
You have a right to ask for a copy of your information and to correct any inaccuracies.
