A wide range of milk powders are available including Full Cream, skimmed milk, Buttermilk, which can be tailor made to customer’s requirements with regards to functionality. These include fat level, additional vitamins, minerals, heat treatment and heat stability. A variety of pack formats are also available ranging from 2.5kg sachets up to 1 tonne bulk bags.
A range of both hard pressed and soft cheeses are available including a variety of cheddars which have mild, medium, mature variants as well as 1/2 fat and Probiotic versions in various pack formats from 20kg blocks to 200gm retail packs.
Soft cheese is available in various types including Mascarpone and Cottage cheese with both high and low fat content and in bulk pack formats ranging from 1 tonne down to 10kg.

Dale Farm Ingredients can provide 4 main butter types including salted, unsalted, Unsalted lactic and salted lactic. These can be further processed into a wide variety of butter based products including garlic butter and half fat butter, to meet a customer’s particular requirements.
We can also provide a wide range of cream and vegetable oil based blends to suit customer requirements. Both butters and spreads can be packed in both rigid and flexible packaging formats from 25 kg down to 7gm, including retail and Food Service requirements.

Our lactic product range is already very successful in the retail sector and includes Sour Cream, Crème Fraiche, Yogurts, fromage frais and Quark. All are available in a variety of pack formats and the specifications, including low fat, can be altered to meet particular customer needs.
Bulk liquids are produced on our own sites throughout the group and include lactic buttermilk, sweet buttermilk, concentrated whey, concentrated skimmed milk, concentrated wholemilk, and cream (single, whipping, double and whey).
These can be delivered in various bulk packs from 28,000 kg tankers to 500 kg pallecons with a replaceable inner liner.
