The Ingredients division supplies an extensive range of dairy ingredients to food manufacturers in domestic and international markets.
Originally established in 1984 as Halib Foods International, holder of such accolades as the Queens Award for Export Achievement and the Northern Ireland Quality Award, the business was renamed in 2002 as Dale Farm Ingredients signalling the group’s increasing focus on the food ingredients market. With an emphasis on functionality, the products offered by the Ingredients division provide solutions to a wide range of sectors in the food processing industry including bakery, sauces, sandwich, confectionery, ice-cream, ready-meal and beverage.
Dale Farm Ingredients is also responsible for the global export of the group’s retail, Food Service and food ingredients range of dairy products.
