Our cheese has been made from 100% Northern Irish cows milk in Dunmanbridge for the past 30 years and is sold to over 35 countries worldwide.

Our range of cheddars are perfect for sandwiches, salads, pasta and jacket potatoes, and makes the ultimate cheese on toast. As well as being the perfect everyday cheese, it is also ideal for special occasions with family and friends.

Full range of strengths and sizes available depending on customer specifications — 200g & 400g retail packs, 1kg sliced, 1kg & 2kg grated, 2.5kg & 5kg block.

Grated cheese

Mild — a smooth, round, great tasting mild cheese perfect for everyday use.

Medium — a firm bodied classic cheddar with a distinctively well rounded flavour with a smooth creamy texture.

Mature — a full bodied cheddar, perfectly matured over several months to ensure a smooth, nutty flavour with a rich mellow taste.

Half Fat — same rich, creamy, smooth flavour but with half the fat. Ideal for health conscious consumers.

We also offer mozzarella in 1kg & 2kg grated catering packs.
