TERMS & CONDITIONS (of which instructions form part):

1. Draw open to residents of NI aged 16 or over excluding employees and their families of the promoter or anyone directly connected with the administration of this Draw
2. No purchase necessary
3. A maximum of 7 entries per person per week will be accepted
4. The draw closing date is 31st July 2009
5. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date and one entry will be selected at random under independent supervision from all the entries received. The winner will be contacted by phone or in writing by 14th August 2009.
6. There is one day trip to SNO!zone Scotland to be won exclusively online consisting of return travel on Stena HSS for 1 car and up to 4 passengers from Belfast to Stranraer. Winner is required to make their own way to and from SNO!zone at Xscape in Braehead which is approx. 85 miles from Stranraer. SNO!zone Scotland packages are for up to 4 people and include all equipment hire, souvenir photo and refreshments. Winner can choose from 1 of 3 SNO!zone Scotland packages . Lesson package with 1 hour ski or snowboard lesson, Recreational package (for experienced skier/snowboarder) 2 hour session on slopes or Family Fun package including sledging and ice slide session
7. All SNO!zone Scotland bookings must be made with Stena Line and are subject to the Stena Line Terms of Business. Prize is subject to availability of promotional space onboard the Stena HSS
8. Winner will be required to participate in photographic publicity
9. For the name & county of the winner, send a SAE entitled "Rapturous Moment Online Competition" to promoter's address after 14th August 2009.
10. Prize to be taken as stated. There are no alternatives in cash or kind
11. Prize must be booked by 30th September 2009 and taken by 30th November 2009
12. The promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond their control
