As a result of a major multi million pound investment programme to significantly grow our cheese output we now wish to recruit for the these exciting opportunities within our retail department at our cheese processing plant at Dunmanbridge near Cookstown.

Reporting to the Production Line Leader you will have responsibility for running the retail cheese cutting and packing lines and achieving daily output from the production plan to meet customer demand. The job involves machine operation, fulfilling all quality and processing checks, product packing and associated cleaning duties.

These are important roles within the production operation and we are looking for candidates who are keen for responsibility, who wish to develop their skills and contribute to a winning team, and be proactive to deliver improvements initiatives.

You will have a good general level of education, a good work ethic and be reliable & co – operative to work flexible shift patterns. Relevant experience gained in a fast moving environment, preferably food processing, is desirable.
