As a result of a major multi million pound investment programme to significantly grow our cheese output we now wish to recruit for these exciting opportunities within our retail department at our cheese processing plant at Dunmanbridge near Cookstown.

In a key line role, you will assume overall responsibility for the retail cutting and packing lines to deliver best in class standards and performance in efficiency, output, quality and safety to satisfy and exceed customer requirements.

Responsibilities include running the lines and associated machinery to maximise throughput and achieve target performance levels, managing the team of cheese technicians to ensure good operational performance, monitoring and controlling waste of all materials and working with the engineering function to reduce downtime and optimise efficiency.

These are important roles within the production operation and we are looking for candidates who are keen for responsibility, who wish to develop their skills and contribute to a winning team, and be proactive to deliver improvements initiatives.

You will have a good general level of education, a good work ethic and be reliable & co – operative to work flexible shift patterns. Relevant experience gained in a fast moving environment, preferably food processing, is desirable.
